As a huge horror film fan I have to disagree with you.You can't compare movies like this to movies like, say, The Wicker Man, (The original, not the POS Nicholas Cage one) Exorcist (which wasn't that great imo, but did GREAT things for horror films), or the works of say George Romero or Wes Craven, who arguably mainstreamed it.Saw is great in that it's almost a tragedy; he spends so much to teach people, and everyone labels him a serial killer.Of course, I love all the Saw movies. *shrug*

got to watch them all only watched 1 and 2 jeeze everybody cannot stop talking about them the first two are really amazing and were just the best not scary but the sickness inside of the video was the best horror effect of all time saw is one of the greatest and it will stay there no horror film can compare to this
