I know that this is probably a Stupid Question and you probably answered it in this video and I just didn't catch it, but How do you take a video that's on Youtube already and download it into Movie Maker? In other words, how were you able to get the videos of the dancing guy and the chick in Movie Maker and off the internet?

What software do you use to capture videos from the webcam? I don't like the youtube quick capture and I tried one that the resulting videos didn't upload well.
